Core Purpose: The WHY of your business. Fans of Simon Sinek will know all about this: Mobilizing your team, suppliers, and clients around a communal higher purpose that will attract, retain and motivate all stakeholders.

BHAG: Big Hairy Audacious Goal: This Jim Collins mainstay is all about fixing a 10-15 year north star for your business, a non-financial goal that can serve to mobilize resources and inspire action, and is the first step towards setting your 3-5 year benchmarks, your 1-year milestone and ultimately your quarterly KPI’s.

The session will be led by Scaling Up Trainer and EO Member PG Geldenhuys.

This event is open to all MEPA EO members plus up to two guests per member.
