Join us at 9 am Central African Time on 10 MAY 2023 for a Scaling Up Masterclass focused on EXECUTION.

This session will focus on two specific tools that will help you build a sustainable growth company:

MEETING RHYTHMS:   Formats and frameworks to establish meeting rhythms in your organization that make sense to drive productivity and accountability.

KPI’S:   Key Performance Indicators: What are they, how to use them, and how to create an accountability framework that is simple yet actionable throughout the organization?

The session will be led by Scaling Up Trainer and EO Member PG Geldenhuys.

This event is open to all MEPA EO members plus up to two guests per member.

We are running a monthly MEPA Virtual Accelerator Program 2023/2024, starting in July 2023.
