Flipping forum on its head...
Maybe you want more value out of your time, your forum, your conversations. Let's shake things up (OK, maybe stir them up too) with a new forum mindset.
Much like being in a marriage, once you're in a forum, it can be difficult, and even frowned upon, to test the waters outside of that forum. However, when you talk with members who have had secondary forum experiences as part of other EO programming, the common thread is that the exposure showed them that they can expect more from and raise the bar in their current forum.
This intimate gathering begins by breaking down the walls that constrain your forum expectations. Let’s dig a little deeper. Yes, there may be some discomfort, but more so, you will be exposed to new forum member mindsets, region leading moderators, and game changing coaching.
Why stop there? Day two will see members engaged in valuable hands on practice for managing those difficult conversations. Yes, we've all had them but the question is, are you really good at them. This learning program will give you the insights and practices to deploy in a forum setting, mentoring pairing, or in your role as leader in your business. The topping on the day will be an intro to a new performance oriented pilot that will be trialed for select forums in the Canadian Region.
This October, please join Canadian members in the nation’s capital for this great opportunity to grow your skills but with an equal balance of social time, in a way that only EO can produce.
Your experiences will include:
•Facilitated "Forum Mashup". Experience firsthand what it’s like to share in a brand new forum.
•Learn from best practice leaders as they moderate and coach at a high level.
•Deep dive into practical skills and methods for managing difficult conversations.
•Learn how you can bring a high performance practice and mindset into your life through the forum structure.
•Engage in a cross forum challenge and competition as you explore Ottawa's core (not that people in EO are competitive).
•Explore, develop and adapt your personal forum presence and lean into a new approach to EO's "instamacy".
•Bond with other Canadian members in session and carry it one step further in engaging social "breaks" throughout the conference.
Forum, like EO, is not a spectator sport! Be all in!
