EO Leaders Connect & Grow

The purpose of the call is to reunite all EO Europe leaders, past and present, and take a glimpse at what we are working on.
Taunya Renson will be doing an introductory overview of the plans for Europe -"Borderless Europe". The topic will be "How to become a borderless Europe" – A framework for strengths-based leadership – measuring and mobilizing thriving engaged workplaces, leading self, leading others, and leading mission, organization, and brand.
As entrepreneurs, we are looking to really hone our leadership style for development and growth, and in order to do that we need some common or underpinning philosophies, that help us align on very important questions:
- How do we develop people?
- How do we develop our offerings?
- How do we reach markets?
- How do we connect people together to achieve our goals?
A strength-based approach to leadership to leading self and leading others is like an operating system. By tweaking this strategy to fit your business approach it will help you to be more effective not only as a leader but also as a business entrepreneur.
